Individual & Group Accounts
EasySteps supports individual clinicians, supervisors, assistants, and agencies by allowing individual accounts to be securely linked. Linked accounts make it easy for supervisors, assistants, and owners to work within the same client charts—with no additional fees to link accounts.​
How Individual & Group Accounts Work

Each clinician must have their own individual EasySteps account

For partnering clinicians (i.e. agencies), individual accounts may be used alone or linked together as a group

When accounts are linked:

Supervisors and assistants share access to client charts

Any authorized provider may create documentation for a client

Supervisors can review and co-sign documentation as needed

Caseload-Based Pricing
Plans automatically adjust each month based on a clinician's active caseload. A chart is considered active if it is on your active caseload list or has documentation/billing activity. Contact us with any pricing questions or for an individualized estimate.
